Štartnina pokriva / Entry fee includes:

• prevozi in pobiranja / transport and retrieval
• takse za vzletiščca / takeoff fees
• zemljevid z obratnimi točkami / a map with turnpoints
• suhi dnevni obrok / lunch packets
• collection of flight data, calculating and posting
• nagrade in pokali / prizes and trophies for winners

V primeru odpovedi tekmovanja zaradi višje sile (slabo vreme, Covid-19 omejitve, ...) bo organizator zadržal 10 EUR štartnine.

In case the event gets cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions or in case of a bad weather forecast the organiser reserves the right to keep 20% of the participation fee of each individual to cover registration costs.

- 10:15, Pilots welcome, first briefing, weather forecast, poll of safety and task committee

Nedelja / Sunday, 20. 9. 2020

- 9:00, transport to TO
- 11:00, task briefing at TO

- 17:00, provisional results
- 18:00, final results, (award ceremony)

We will offer transport to the take-off each day from 9:00 onwards.

Pokali v kategorijah z najmanj tremi udeleženci:

• SKUPNO (certificirana padala)
• SERIJSKI RAZRED (certificirana padala EN-D)
• ŠPORTNI RAZRED (certificirana padala EN-C) 
• KLUBSKI RAZRED (certificirana padala EN-A, EN-B)
• ŽENSKE (certificirana padala)

Trophies in categories (min three participants):

• OVERALL (certified gliders)
• SERIAL CLASS (certified gliders EN-D)
• SPORT CLASS (certified gliders EN-C) 
• CLUB CLASS (certified gliders EN-A, EN-B)
• FEMALE (certified gliders)

Participation requirements

• Valid pilot licence and a valid FAI sporting licence
• Medical insurance covering paragliding (proof will be checked at competition registration)
• Third party liability insurance covering paragliding (proof will be checked at competition registration)
• Harness (EN 1651), paraglider (EN 926/2 or CCC), rescue parachute, VHF radio & mobile phone. Your glider must have a valid proof of airworthiness (valid technical check if glider is older than 2 years), you need to fly the glider inside certified weight range!

POMEMBNO / ​IMPORTANT

Prijavljene tekmovalce prosimo, da nam pred začetkom tekmovanja na kovkfly@gmail.com posredujejo:

• fotografiran dokument ustrezno atestiranega jadralnega padala ali podaljšanje tehničnega pregleda jadralnega padala
• veljavno dovoljenje pilota

Tuji piloti morajo predložiti še:

• IPPI kartico na kateri je usposobljenost 5 stopnje
• veljavno športno dovoljenje FAI

All registered pilots are required to send (before the competition start) the photos of the following documents to kovkfly@gmail.

• a proof of airworthiness (valid technical check if glider is older than 2 years),
• a valid pilot license
• a valid FAI sporting license
• IPPI card level 5

The participation in this competition is at own risk of each pilot. The organiser takes no responsibility for pilots or any other third parties. Any transfer to take off and retrieval shuttle service are at own risk of pilots.

• Letenje v rdeči coni je prepovedano. / Flying in the red zone is forbidden.
• Pristajanje na letališču je prepovedano. / Landing in the airfield area is forbidden.
• Prelet čez letališče pod 1000m je prepovedano. / Flying above the airfield lower than 1000m is forbidden.
• CAA nam je dovolila vizualno letenje znotraj zračnega prostora G in E do višine 7000 čevljev (približno 2130m). / CAA allows visual flying within G and E airspace up to 7000 feet (approx. 2130m).

Covid-19 restrictions

Pilots are obligated to respect government recommendations. Number of people in transport is limited! Respect social distancing for your own and everyone elses safety.
